Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

You can withdraw any amount from your “Main Wallet,” subject to the minimum and maximum limits and the wagering requirements of the specific sportsbook.
You undertake and agree that:
- All money deposited in your account is untainted with any illegality and does not originate from any illegal activity or source;

These General Conditions apply to all services (“the Services”) provided by HeyBaji (“we”, “us”, “our”) as outlined in the Specific Conditions relevant to your betting transaction. Settlement rules may differ, so familiarize yourself with the rules for each product. In case of discrepancies, the Specific Conditions will prevail over this document, and this document over others.

HeyBaji grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our site, provided you comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws. You agree not to transfer money between HeyBaji accounts through collusion. Violations may result in account closure and fund forfeiture. Report any errors or discrepancies in your transactions immediately. We may void or correct erroneous bets at our discretion. Do not interfere with IP addresses used to access our site; such actions may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.
You are responsible for any taxes imposed due to your betting transactions. We do not provide tax advice. Offensive comments, pornographic material, or defamatory remarks on our forums or site, including in usernames, may lead to account closure and fund forfeiture. You indemnify us against any claims or losses resulting from your conduct.
Privacy

Force Majeure
HeyBaji is not liable for delays or failures to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including: a) Natural disasters. b) War, terrorism, or civil unrest. c) Labor disputes. d) Government actions or regulations. e) Telecommunication, internet, or utility failures. f) Other events beyond our control.
Our obligations are suspended during such events, and we will resume operations as soon as possible.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
HeyBaji may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our site. Your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of new Terms. Regularly review these Terms to stay informed of changes.
Underage Gambling
It’s illegal for anyone under 18 to register or gamble on HeyBaji. We take this seriously and use various methods to verify age and identity. If we find you were under 18 when you registered or placed any bets, these actions will be taken:
- All further betting activities as well as your account will blocked from your access
- Investigated if you have provided any false information or acted on behalf of a third person

Cancellation of a Bet Offer

If your bet is partially or fully accepted before cancellation is confirmed, the original offer, or part thereof, will stand, and you will be liable if the bet loses. We reserve the right to cancel any unmatched bets at any time and will notify you via email or site notice.
Minimum and Maximum Bet Stakes

Betting below the minimum or above the maximum stakes may result in account closure or bet cancellation. Your betting limit is determined by your “Available to Bet” balance and “Exposure Limit,” whichever is lower. Bet Settlement
